This product is manufactured from flexible graphite sheet mechanically clinched to 0.20mm thick tinplate tanged insert. The layers are mechanically laminated together with no adhesive or binder.
Reinforced Graphite Sheets are ideal sheet gasket materials for most industrial fluid sealing applications. They resist corrosive chemicals, high temperature, and high pressure. Recommended for automotive and other combustion engine applications, or similar sealing conditions. Typically it is used for head gasket, exhaust gasket.
