Xuzhou Jinxing Graphite Material Co., Ltd. established in the beginning of 2000 year, located in Xuzhou city, Jiangsu province, China. We are a professional manufacturer of flexible graphite sealing products such as expanded graphite, flexible graphite sheet, graphite foil in rolls, graphite tapes, reinforced graphite sheet, graphite gasket, spiral wound gasket, and braided packing etc. Our company owns strong technology, advanced test -instrument and technological equipment's. We devote ourselves all the time to adopting advanced sealing technology and developing new products.
We successfully passed ISO9001: 2000 in the year of 2006. With over 10 years of development, now we have established a complete production line for flexible graphite sealing products. The procedure of production achieve automatic and computer control. From expanded graphite material to flexible graphite sheets, foil, reinforced graphite sheets, graphite tapes, gaskets and braided packing, we control every step and quality from beginning, so we can offer the better quality and shorten delivery for all customers.

Our main products include:
Pure Flexible Graphite Sheet in rolls
Flexible graphite sheet is made with pure expanded mineral graphite. Our flexible graphite foil has a high purity of 99% carbon content. Higher carbon content gives the flexible graphite better chemical resistance, better thermal conductivity, and better sealability.
Flexible Graphite Tape
Flexible graphite tape is cut from expanded flexible graphite roll which offer excellent sealing capabilities under extreme conditions. The graphite tapes have no impregnates, binders, additives, oils or greases, can be supplied either plain or corrugated and both can be adhesive backed.
Reinforced Graphite Sheets
Reinforced Graphite Sheets are made with pure flexible graphite sheet reinforced with stainless steel foil or wire mesh insert. There are two basic types: mechanically bond (Tang inserted) and adhesive bond. Reinforced graphite laminate sheets are ideal sheet gasket materials form most industrial fluid sealing applications. They resist corrosive chemicals, high temperature, and high pressure.
Graphite Gaskets
Reinforced Graphite Gaskets are die-cut from our Reinforced Graphite Laminate Sheets. Excellent corrosion resistance, Maximum service temperature 650℃ in oxidizing conditions and 850℃ in insert and reducing conditions, Maximum service pressure 200bar, excellent sealing ability widely used in valves, pumps and flanges.
Graphite Moulded Ring
Graphite rings are formed with the pure expanded graphite tapes evenly wrapped and compressed under extreme pressure to ring types by our highly precision molds. We supply any shapes to customers' requirements, standard or non standard, dimensions from 10mm to 1000mm.
Graphite Braided Packings
Expanded graphite braided packing is made of expanded graphite yarn braids, and is resistant to heat and chemicals, and tight in sealing. This material is used in the steam valves of power plants, as static sealing in high temperature and pressure conditions, and in applications where chemical corrosion (except concentrated sulfuric acid or strong oxidizing agents) prevails.
We can offer the graphite packing with carbon fiber, glass fiber, SS304 wire, inconel wire reinforcement.
